LASER GEAR FOR SALE

For better or worse I have moved on to more comfortable sailing and have not sailed my lasers for 7 years - it is time to see my laser/ILCA gear put to good use. I have three lasers, three dollys, two trailers, extra sails, battens, top section, miscellaneous parts and clothing,

Greased Lightning is a 2007 Vanguard sail number 189740. Includes carbon fiber upper section ILCA 6 and ILCA 7 rigs and sails, Seitech dolly, racing rigging, Colie Sails top and bottom cover, sails in excellent condition , rollers for sail storage, carbon fiber hiking stick and tiller, Colie blade bag, multi part cunningham for breezy conditions

Laser 130342 is a 1990 Pearson laser in good condition. It has leaked but repaired, and now has an inspection port. It has racing vang, downhaul and outhaul, aluminium tiller and hiking stick. Standard rig, sail in good condition. Storm blade bag. Sail has wrong number on them.

Laser 10283 is a 1974 Performance sailcraft presumably made at the Don Trask factory in San Rafael. It shows its age with gel coat crazing on deck and hull, but is has not leaked. It comes with two sets of blades: fiberglass and the original mahogany. Aluminium spars and full rig sail in good condition. Sail is from laser 189740.

The Caulkins trailer was custom fabricated to allow a sailor’s spouse to take the car while the sailor tried to get his boat around the race course. It has two lockers for storing gear and two PVC tubes to store spars and rolled up sails. The boat and dolly slide up a rail and nest in three bunks. It is made of mild steel powder coated and does show some rust.

This Highlander trailer has been modified to add an aluminium rack that is configured to hold two lasers with two PVC tubes on top to hold spars and rolled sails. The rack can be removed and used separately. Included are the original bunks allowing the trailer to revert to holding a single laser.
